As they increase their coordination, skill and strength they will move onto more advanced moves like side flips, gainers, wall flips and other unique skills.

Parkour: Learn to jump, climb, vault and flip over obstacles. Gain agility and coordination along with confidence.

Dunk Team: Breakin Circles has teamed up with Jacob Foote a past member of the BYU dunk team to offer our first official dunk teams classes. Participants will gain basic skills needed to do creative dunks and soon acrobatic dunks. Students will learn coordinated dunk routines that include several teammates learning to work together increase coordination and athleticism. Students will have the chance to create unique dunking combos, training on trampolines, mats and attempting to slam dunk on a basketball hoop. Each semester we take a field trip to BYU to watch the dunk team practice!

These classes will perform in our Winter and Spring Concerts
